Title: Group Account Manager BeNeLux
Kellanova is looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Group Account Manager to shape and lead the strategy for its Emerging Channels business in Belgium. The Role is based in Zaventem in a hybrid 12-month FTC role. It’s a unique opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and high-potential channel portfolio, including local wholesale, out-of-home, international traders, horeca, leisure and entertainment.
In this role, you will not only execute, but you will also actively co-create and define the strategy. Translating market insights into clear commercial direction and delivering sustainable growth across a portfolio of iconic brands such as Pringles and our cereal brands.
As Group Account Manager, you will operate at the heart of the Emerging Channels business, working cross-functionally and across the wider Benelux network to unlock opportunities and accelerate performance. You will play an important role in shaping the future of the channel, building strong customer partnerships and developing compelling commercial stories that bring both performance and future potential to life.

You are energized by creating growth in channels with significant headroom and are comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In addition to driving the business, you will take on a key role within the team. You will coach and guide the Key Account Manager(s) in their development, helping them strengthen their commercial capabilities, elevate customer engagement and unlock their full potential. Through your leadership, you will contribute to building a high-performing, future-ready team.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the emerging channels agenda: This person will take full responsibility for Kellanova’s Belgium emerging channels strategy, leading plans that unlock sustainable growth.
- Leading with iconic brands: The Group Account Manager will manage the full product portfolio, including world-famous brands such as Pringles, bringing each brand to life in ways that resonate with customers and channel needs.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration: This role will be central to cross-functional conversations, bringing together Sales, Marketing, Finance and other key stakeholders to build joined-up plans for Belgium’s emerging channels.
- Representing Belgium on the European stage: The successful candidate will contribute to European Away from Home conversations, sharing insights, influencing direction and elevating the voice of Belgium within the wider organisation.
- Turning data into a compelling story: This person will support the Sales Manager across all Benelux while owning the narrative around Belgium’s performance through data, insight and clear recommendations.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Proven experience in National Account Management and/or Key Account Management
- Experience in people management or broader commercial management is a pre
- A strong FMCG background with a solid understanding of fast-paced customer environments
- Experience ideally within Away from Home Belgium or with a Belgium retailer
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to build credible customer relationships. Ideally fluent in Dutch and French, with strong proficiency in English.
