Title:  Field Sales Coordinator

Description: 

Kellanova is hiring a remote Field Sales Coordinator based in Belgium who brings equal parts drive and empathy to the role. This position supports a high‑performing field sales organization by streamlining communications between the field and the office, and by keeping a clear, data‑driven pulse on KPIs and targets.

Reporting across Belgium, this coordinator helps the team stay aligned, equipped, and accountable, ensuring the right tools, insights, and materials are in the hands of reps at the right moment. The remit blends operations, sales enablement, and stakeholder management, with an emphasis on measuring what matters and celebrating wins that reflect Kellanova’s values‑led culture.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Resource & Tool Stewardship: Partner with the Field Sales Manager to track budgets and utilization for tools and initiatives that power the field (CRM, enablement assets, digital platforms). Ensure investments translate into productivity and measurable sales impact.
  • Team Enablement & Support: Listen actively to the team’s needs and respond quickly—whether that’s troubleshooting access, refining processes, or sourcing practical tools that help reps plan routes, manage pipelines, and hit quota.
  • Meeting & Analysis Rhythm: Prepare, coordinate, and analyze content for field sales meetings and targeted internal touchpoints; create and refresh sales tools in Teams, PrioSP, and sales booklets so information is current, consistent, and easy to use.
  • Kasper Tool Development: Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to evolve the Kasper tool for the team—capturing the right data, surfacing actionable dashboards, and connecting KPIs to coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Partner Communications: Maintain smooth information flow with external partners

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Very good knowledge of the field sales representative role and its methodologies.
  • Abilities to speak and understand FR, NL et EN.
  • Being organize, diligent and pays attention to details.
  • Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Being able to coordinate internal and external contacts.
