Title:  Customer Service Associate-12 months contract

Are you ready to be part of an inspiring, high-performing team while driving operational excellence? Join Kellanova as a Customer Service Associate, where you will play a key role in managing customer orders.

This hybrid position is based in our Zaventem, Belgium office and involves overseeing order management, communicating supply chain issues to customers, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure outstanding service. This is a 12-month contract starting as soon as possible, and you will become part of the Customer Services Logistics Benelux Team.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Drive Outstanding Results

You will provide consistent and proactive order management and customer service support to Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) customers, while also managing orders for other Benelux customers.

Analysis

Analyze trends, conduct root cause analyses, and develop solutions to address customer logistics issues, order fulfillment challenges, and transportation concerns. You will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Maintain Customer Satisfaction

Provide timely updates to customers throughout the entire order management lifecycle, including information on expected service levels, delivery delays, and product shortages. You will also confirm the availability of alternative delivery slots and product substitutions when needed.

Collaboration is Key

Work effectively with upstream and downstream functions, as well as external service providers, to ensure accurate and timely order processing and to implement corrective actions when required.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial experience or an internship in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service role.
  • Experience working in a process-driven environment within a multinational organization, collaborating internationally with colleagues.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, with an advanced level of Excel.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
