Title: Assistant Brand Manager - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to support marketing projects to deliver company growth and unlock the capacity and capabilities of our beloved brand Pringles.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Management - You’ll be working with our iconic Pringles brand and assist in many aspects of Brand Management, including new product launches, activation support, communication and effectiveness across channels in Benelux and Duty-Free locations. This role is set to be 50% focused on supporting marketing activations for the Benelux business and 50% to support the marketing activations for Duty Free.
- Execute annual marketing and brand activation plans with a strong omni-channel approach – and a specific focus on Duty free. Drive consumer and shopper engagement through amplifications of campaigns at the lower end of the funnel. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, end-to-end activations and implement shopper marketing strategies, leveraging customer-specific tools like sampling and retailer media.
- Duty Free Activation – You’ll be a key player in supporting the development of activations that make Pringles stand out in this competitive travel retail environment.
- Planning & Project Management – Participate in the development of brand activation plans and lead projects ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Performance – Monitor brand performance and analyze monthly performance data to provide insights and recommendations
- Campaign Analysis – Conduct data collection, analysis, reporting and provide feedback on the effectiveness of activation campaigns
- Stakeholder Communication - You will be the direct point of contact of core brands with internal and external stakeholders; you will work closely with different departments within the Benelux (Catman, sales, Duty Free, communications, …), as well as with the marketing teams in Dublin.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Outstanding planning skills, and the capacity to manage several workstreams.
- Passionate about brands and bringing them to life for shoppers
- Strong attention to detail
- 2+ years FMCG experience within marketing and/or commercial roles
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent in English – French and/or Dutch speaking are a plus.
