Are you passionate about the food industry and eager to add your flavor to a leading power-snacking company? Kellanova, formerly Kellogg, is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our passionate team, contributing to the growth and success of our Benelux business as a Brand Activation Marketing Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our brands to life, engaging consumers, and driving brand loyalty. You'll be part of a highly motivated and driven team, ready to tackle exciting challenges as we continue our journey of innovation and expansion.  

 

This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both from home and at our office in Zaventem, Belgium, helping you maintain an optimal work-life balance. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to travel to our office in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, to foster strong connections and collaboration with the broader team. You'll be working in a team of three people in the Activation team and will have daily interactions with other departments across the group, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Revenue Growth Management teams. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact our business in the Benelux market but also working on more strategic subject.

 

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Activation – You’ll be responsible for developing the best plans and executing them with excellence across our categories, designing the right support, and securing the necessary resources to reach our targets across all channels. 
  • Project Management – Coordinate the implementation of our commercial initiatives for Benelux and develop local amplification plans in the most impactful and effective way, maximizing business impact while adhering to the budget and ensuring compliance with the invoicing process. 
  • Business Partnering – You’ll work closely with the Sales team to develop best-in-class trade marketing plans for our top retailers, considering both mass retail and Away from Home channels. 
  • Collaboration is Key – Manage agencies, including briefing and design processes, to build an accurate Path to Purchase and select the most relevant Below-The-Line touchpoints to meet our business and marketing goals. 
  • Data-Driven Decisions – Conduct monthly follow-ups and analyses of our product performances to guide strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes. 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • Experience in Shopper Marketing / Consumer Activation or Product Management in the Benelux Market Retail. 
  • Below-The Line plan developing and execution knowledge for both, consumer & shopper angle.  
  • Demonstrated capacity in project management, prioritization, manage agencies & partners. 
  • Analytical skills and Excel. 
  • Fluent in English, other language is a plus.
