Title:  Key Account Executive

Description: 

Join our Commercial/Sales team as a Key Account Executive. You’ll develop the customer engagement plan, you will customize commercial plans to high value propositions to the chain and negotiate volume and commercial conditions. You will also collaborate closely with multifunctional team to ensure effective negotiations. 

This role is open to be located in Guadalajara. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects). 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strategic Mindset:  Assure execution of the master plan and 5P´s strategy. Define business priorities aligned to Joint Business Plan. Monthly Business reviews with customer to follow up on JBP results.
  • Maintain healthy partnerships:  Direct negotiation with customer buyers ensuring strategic relationship and channels targets. Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business. Interact regularly to secure sell out deliveries and stock availability.
  • Sales Project Management: Enable internal capabilities to deliver all the channel projects such as new codes, new financial models, new prices and commercial agreements. Perform business reviews to ensure compliance with the plan and make the necessary adjustments.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing accounts.
  • Previous experience in the consumer’s goods industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
  • English: Intermediate +.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
