Title:  Plant HR Manager

Description: 

As the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will partner with site leadership to shape and execute the facility’s people strategy through the supply chain operating model. You will lead workforce planning, associate relations, talent, leadership development, culture, engagement, compliance, and HR operations to strengthen the associate experience and site performance. Relocation assistance is available.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • People Strategy, Analytics & Business Partnership: Develop and execute the site people strategy aligned with safety, quality, service, cost, and growth priorities. Use workforce insights to advise site leadership on organizational capability, performance trends, and emerging people risks.
  • Associate Relations: Build trust through a visible presence across shifts and address workplace concerns early and effectively. Guide investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and policy application to ensure fair, consistent, and respectful treatment.
  • Talent, Performance, Succession & Capability: Lead talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, and development planning. Identify capability gaps, strengthen critical-role pipelines, and build frontline leadership and production capabilities through coaching, training, and qualification systems.
  • Culture, Engagement & Change Execution: Translate associate feedback and operational insights into measurable actions that strengthen culture, inclusion, engagement, accountability, and team effectiveness. Lead people initiatives and organizational changes from planning through adoption.
  • HR Operations, Compliance & Risk: Ensure accurate and timely execution of core HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, time and attendance, leave, pay, benefits, records, and separations. Maintain legal, policy, and audit compliance while identifying and mitigating people-related risks

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience, or a high school diploma or GED with significant progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities and workforce data into clear recommendations across talent, culture, organizational capability, and people risk.
  • Experience leading talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, engagement, capability building, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, consultation, and influence skills, with the ability to develop an HR team and build credibility across site leadership, frontline leaders, and production associates.
  • Sound knowledge of employment and labor laws, associate relations, HR policy, compliance, and risk management, supported by strong communication, organization, and project execution skills.

 

Compensation

The annual salary range is $114,300-$157,190, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
