Title:  Manufacturing Digital Implementation Advisor

Description: 

Join our team as a Manufacturing Digital Implementation Advisor supporting our manufacturing site in Zanesville, OH.  As the Manufacturing Digital Implementation Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our plants into a new era of manufacturing excellence by leading and mentoring our continuous improvement teams, empowering them to leverage real-time data for improved performance and reduced losses. You will drive collaboration by partnering closely with Supply Chain and IT leadership across our Category to implement and adopt innovative Industry 4.0 solutions. Your work will have our teams embracing digital tools, such as Smart Factory apps, AI, machine learning, and analytics, while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality regulations.

 

As a key member of our plant leadership team, you'll serve as the plant's digital leader. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to streamline processes, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you'll mentor and develop team members, foster a culture of safety, and promote a positive work environment. You'll be instrumental in leading the plant's digital transformation.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Leadership: Mentor continuous improvement teams to embed management within the site to use real-time data to gain insights to take action to improve performance and reduce losses.
  • Alignment: Collaborate with the KWS Director Digital Supply Chain and KNA Leadership COE in implementation and adoption of industry 4.0 solutions.  Perform site visits to calibrate, support, and assess according to Global standards. You will also be responsible for directly aligning with our Kellanova Work Systems (KWS) phased implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement and Development: Responsible for the standardization of implementation as part of Digital Manufacturing capability building.  Developing both system and process capabilities in manufacturing teams in all category sites. Accountable for compliance with all Employee Safety, Food Safety and Sanitation policies and regulations.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering or IT
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing with proven knowledge and experience in work systems methodologies.
  • Proven ability to achieve business results through process improvements and capability building through People, Process and Equipment.
  • Experience with Lean, 5S, Work Process Improvement, Problem Solving.
  • Effective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $98,640-$129,465, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
