Title: Maintenance Manager
Are you ready to lead with impact? Join us as a Maintenance Manager at our Wyoming, MI facility, where you’ll be a key member of our Plant Senior Leadership Team. This on-site role places you at the heart of strategic decision-making, driving reliability and performance across our operations.
You’ll lead a high-performing maintenance team and collaborate across departments to deliver capital projects, implement improvement programs, and optimize plant processes. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of our facility through innovation, leadership, and technical excellence.
In this role, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning. You’ll champion lean manufacturing principles, oversee vertical project startups, and guide long-term capital planning—all while helping our team thrive and our operations remain sustainable and reliable.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Leadership & Execution – Drive continuous technical improvement across equipment and production systems, ensuring projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Team Development & Management – Lead and develop a diverse team including supervisors, planners, mechanics, and electricians, while promoting skills training and performance excellence.
- Lean Manufacturing & Innovation – Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, eliminate waste, and introduce next-generation automation solutions.
- Strategic Planning & Scorecard Ownership – Partner with Corporate Engineering to align technical strategies with plant goals and lead the Technical Center of Excellence to achieve key performance indicators.
- Reliability & Budget Management - Collaborate with Operations to enhance reliability, manage departmental budgets, and develop long-term capital master plans.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Managerial and technical experience in a plant environment
- Proven project management and budgeting skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building capabilities
- Experience leading technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical field OR high school diploma/GED with extensive relevant experience
- Expertise in implementing maintenance strategies (TPM, RCM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive/Preventive Maintenance)
Compensation
The annual salary range is $102,300- $134,295, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
