Title:  Project Lead

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving innovation and managing transformative projects? We are seeking a highly motivated Project Lead to join our Manufacturing Plant in Wrexham. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of implementing significant changes within our plant, from spearheading innovations to overseeing multi-million-pound capital investment programs. If you thrive in a challenging environment and are eager to make a substantial impact, we want to hear from you.  This role will require you to be based onsite and will coordinate with our wider European team. 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Initial project stageYour role will involve participating in the initial stages of the project to outline all plant requirements. This includes creating a detailed project plan with resource needs and securing one-time funding.  
  • Creating a start-up plan – Creates a robust detailed start up plan that covers all functions in the supply chain, creating a team, tracking plan, building budgets and tracking start-up performance against all agreed success criteria KPI’s. 
  • Presentation – Coordinate with the wider team, developing specific success criteria and agree with all stakeholders. 
  • Training and development – You will develop training programmes for assigned projects, delivering the same to all parties involved 
  • Taking the lead on in house projects – Responsible for defining start up and project plans for all assigned projects.  Presenting and delivering to our wider team. 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • Experience in a manufacturing plant environment 
  • Project Management experience 
  • Strong technical & analytical skills, especially in use of excel, SAP  
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
