Human Resources Project Lead

 

At our Wrexham Manufacturing Plant, we are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Project Lead to drive our Human Resources initiatives to new heights.  This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing innovative Human Resources solutions.  As the Project Lead, you will spearhead key projects that align with our organizational goals, ensuring that our workforce remains motivated, skilled, and ready to meet the challenges of the plant.  You will coordinate with our Project team, along with our internal Talent Acquisition team in order to drive the strategic projects within our Manufacturing facility.

 

This role will be based from our Wrexham manufacturing plant, however may involve travel to our Media City office and Manchester Plant to allow cross-functional working.  You will also have the opportunity to attend external education and recruitment fairs.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

                                                     

  • Talent Acquisition – Building an end-to-end recruitment plan for all additional headcount required to ensure that all recruitment stays on track within our Project timeline.
  • Building Relationships – Working closely with our Senior Human Resources Manager to build the Employee Value Proposition for our external recruitment requirements 
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion – Embed the UK Equality, Diversity and Inclusion philosophy into the external recruitment to target a 50/50 gender recruitment drive.
  • Capability Building – Collaborate closely with our capability team to build an end-to-end training plan for all new hires or internal transfers.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience – Collaborating closely with our internal Talent Acquisition and on-boarding teams to create a positive experience.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience in project management, and evidence of driving a high-profile project to successful fruition.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge of Talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Experience of external recruitment strategies, including Employee Value Proposition and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion targets.
  • Ability to learn new organizational structures with varying levels of competency to mirror and implement from one plant to another.
