Title:  Supply Chain Initiatives Coordinator

Step into a key coordination role at the heart of Supply Chain. As a Supply Chain Initiatives Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on planning and driving new product launch initiatives and making sure master data is ready to go—partnering with cross-functional teams to keep everything moving and landing on time. Bring your proactive mindset, sharp attention to detail, and confident communication, and you’ll help launch products smoothly, keep data accurate, and power efficiency across the supply chain. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a hybrid basis from our office in Warsaw, Poland.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Cross-Functional Coordination - Acting as the key link between Cluster Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Business Execution) and Market Activation & Sales teams, you’ll keep priorities aligned, unblock issues quickly, and ensure initiatives land smoothly in local markets.

SKU Initiative Ownership – You’ll lead SKU initiatives end-to-end, from idea through first production, coordinating key steps across innovations, artwork updates, promotions, and special packs.

Promotion Shipment Direction & Risk Mitigation – You’ll set the shipment start direction for promotions, spot delivery risks early, and put practical mitigation plans in place to keep projects on track.

Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working – Partnering with European and local teams, you’ll refine how initiatives are delivered—improving visibility, streamlining handoffs, and raising execution efficiency.

Master Data & Activation Visibility - You’ll bring clarity to what’s happening across markets—connecting activation plans and master data readiness so Supply Chain teams can plan confidently and act fast.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Possesses a university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably within a quantitative discipline such as Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Language proficiency in English is required.
  • Displays strong communication and interpersonal abilities, effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders and adept at conveying technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills for data analysis, exceptional PowerPoint capabilities, and familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP.
  • Exhibits outstanding organizational and time management skills, maintaining meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Has proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, successfully delivering complex projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
