Title: Senior Sales Administrator - 16 months contract
As a Senior Sales Administrator – 16 months contract, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Warsaw office, creating a positive employee experience and acting as a key point of contact for office-related matters.
In addition, you will support the Sales team to drive our business with distributors.
Role reports to our Senior Sales Manager.
We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work model, allowing you to divide your time between our modern office in Warsaw and your home office.
A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
- Create and maintain a positive workplace environment by driving employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, office events and company celebrations.
- Manage office operations and facilities including office supplies, procurement, maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, catering, venues, and liaison with building management and external service providers.
- Provide administrative and business support through document management, maintenance of distributor master data and data sheets, invoice processing, and coordination with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Support business activities and stakeholder visits by coordinating travel, internal and customer meetings, and ensuring a seamless experience for regional and international visitors to the Warsaw office.
- Monitor operational efficiency and budgets by tracking office-related expenses, ensuring accurate documentation, timely payments, and effective management of office resources.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Experience in office administration or workplace management, with responsibility for office operations, facilities, vendor management, and invoice processing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, self-reliant, and customer-focused professional, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and an efficient working style.
- Strong technical proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Office applications and fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Commercial awareness, with FMCG sales understanding of a sales environment considered a strong advantage.
