Title:  Revenue Growth Management & Channel Lead

If you're eager to drive change and make an impact from Day 1, this role could be your perfect fit! As a Revenue Growth Manager & Channel Lead on a 12-month contract, you will play a crucial role in steering our organization towards sustainable, profitable growth by implementing strategies across assortment, promotions, trade management, and pricing across the Baltics, Central Eastern Europe, CIS and Ukraine markets.

 

Based in our new Warsaw, Poland office with a hybrid working arrangement, you will have one direct report (a Revenue Growth Management Analyst) and report directly to our Senior Revenue Growth & Channel Manager.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Develop Strategic RGM Initiatives: Create a comprehensive revenue growth management strategy for selected markets, aligned with our core categories and overall business goals.
  • Lead Growth Initiatives: Spearhead pricing, promotions, product pack sizing, and investment plans to ensure sustainable growth, focusing on Net Sales, Profit, and Gross Margin %. Monitor portfolio performance by customer, channel, and brand against set KPIs.
  • Enhance Local Capabilities: Advance regional RGM capabilities (OBPPC), processes, and tools in close partnership with our Category Business Unit (HQ).
  • Drive Annual Business Planning: Collaborate with the Category Business Unit throughout the Annual Business Cycle (ABC) to meet 1–3-year business targets.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to uncover business opportunities and drive commercialization strategies.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience in revenue growth, sales strategy, channel management, or business
  • A passion for people leadership and experience in growing high-performing talent.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly form strong cross functional relationships within the company and with external partners.
  • Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
