Title:  RGM Intern

Description: 

As an RGM Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting high‑priority Revenue Growth Management and Marketing initiatives by delivering structured analyses, actionable insights, and smoother data flow between RGM and Sales. This full‑time 6 month internship is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid working model, giving you exposure to both collaborative office work and flexible ways of working.

You’ll join a highperforming, collaborative RGM team, working closely with RGM colleagues as well as Marketing and Sales stakeholders across the business. The role offers hands‑on experience with real commercial projects, advanced analytical tools, and the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decisions that impact business performance

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Planning & Reviews – Support business planning and business reviews through preparation and deepdive analyses using Nielsen and sellin / sellout tools.
  • Strategic & Retailer Evaluations – Conduct retailerlevel evaluations of strategic initiatives and key RGM projects (e.g. PPA, PI)
  • Promotional Performance Analysis – Deliver regular promotional analyses for priority markets across the region
  • SellIn vs. SellOut Insights Analyse sellin versus sellout performance for direct markets and key initiatives
  • NPD Process Support – Create and maintain tools supporting the internal NPD approval process
  • Negotiation & Commercial Support – Prepare datadriven inputs for customer negotiation decks
  • AdHoc & Team Support Support RGM and Sales teams with data requests and adhoc analytical tasks

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance & accounting, quantitative methods, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset; experience with Power BI is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English, enabling effective work in an international environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Experience gained through student exchange programs, student associations, or internships
