Title: Junior Market Activation Manager (fixed-term contract)
If driving changes and creating an impact from Day 1 sounds appetizing, this role may be for you! As an Junior Market Activation Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the yearly brand plan on cereal with excellence, with a strong focus on omnichannel shopper marketing plans and reviewing its effectiveness.
Your role will be based in our newly opened Warsaw office, and it will give you the opportunity to cover international markets (Nordics & CEE markets) for a 12-month contract, while enjoying a hybrid way of working.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Activation Plans –Work with Local Sales & RGM Teams, Central Category Business Unit and marketing agencies to create and coordinate strong brand activation plans execution.
- POS Assets Availability – Managing the end-to-end POS materials process: making sure the required POS materials are available for markets to execute in store, coordinating forecasting and distribution.
- Business & Market performance analysis - accountable for data analysis & recommendation of key learnings applicable to strengthen marketing plans for assigned brand/markets.
- Collaborative Sales Efforts – Work collaboratively with sales teams and customers to land New Product Development and maximize the support for our brands.
- BTL Budget Management – Manage PO/GR activities related to the BTL budget, review investments and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Other tasks related to brand & shopper marketing (website updates, trade samples ordering, e-commerce support, local events coordination etc).
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Passion about brands, committed to bring them to life in stores, with working experience in brand marketing/shopper marketing in FMCG sector.
- An analytical approach and a strategic mindset, having knowledge of Nielsen Discovery and/or other analytical tools.
- The ability to identify future opportunities, make choices and work with broader teams to influence strong marketing plans.
- Business understanding and financial acumen with a focus on results.
- Experience in working in complex business environment.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to connect and inspire multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in business English.
