Title: Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate on a 12 month fixed term contract, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our order management lifecycle. This position is an opportunity to drive change and make an immediate impact, leveraging your skills to enhance processes, address challenges, and contribute to a customer-focused culture.
With a hybrid work model, you will enjoy flexibility while engaging in a collaborative and supportive team environment committed to continuous improvement and excellence. Based in our Warsaw, Poland office and supporting the Scandinavian markets, you will work within a team of five to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Timely Customer Communication: Delivers prompt updates to customers throughout the order management process, addressing projected service levels, delivery delays, and product shortages while confirming alternative delivery slots and substitution availability.
- Compliance with Customer Agreements: Ensures all customer agreements are upheld while strictly adhering to Kellanova's policies and procedures to maintain service excellence.
- Collaboration for Accurate Order Processing: Works effectively with upstream and downstream functions, including third-party providers, to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of order processing, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Partners proactively with customers and colleagues to identify and implement improvement opportunities based on root cause analysis and trend evaluations to optimize service and reduce costs.
- Customer-Centric Consulting: Promotes a customer-focused culture by acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external customers, consistently aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Skill Development and Learning: Builds personal expertise through ongoing learning opportunities, including formal training and hands-on experiences.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Customer relationship management experience
- Computer skills, including experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
