Title:  Customer Logistics Manager

Description: 

As a Customer Logistics Manager, you will lead customer collaboration projects, drive operational efficiencies, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. This role is based in our brand-new Warsaw, Poland office, where you'll work on a hybrid schedule. You'll be part of our Customer Integration team, consisting of three members, reporting to our End-to-End Project Manager.

 

Your core responsibility will be ensuring timely and efficient product delivery to our customers, in line with agreed-upon terms. This position offers opportunities for international growth across Supply Chain, Sales, Planning, and Project Management.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Serve as the critical link between the Market, Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Business Execution), Market Activation, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution and resolution of project initiatives in local markets.
  • Represent the local Supply Chain, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with Market Directors to align on key parameters and KPIs.
  • Identify and design end-to-end continuous improvement projects that enhance Supply Chain efficiencies and reduce the Cost to Serve.
  • Execute tasks related to Route-to-Market changes, develop strategies to avoid Non-Performing Inventory, support Logistic Network projects, and lead initiatives to boost profitability.
  • Manage key stakeholders, including Market Heads/General Managers, Market Activation, Finance, Sales Leaders, European Supply Chain Leaders, and the Customer Services & Logistics Market Director.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to adapt to different cultures.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Is highly organized with excellent time management skills and experience in delivering projects within cross-functional teams.
  • Is fluent in English.
