Title:  Senior Legal Counsel Italy

Do you have a passion for commercial law and a flair for navigating complex legal landscapes? Are you energized by working in a fast-paced, international environment where your legal expertise directly supports business growth? Then we’d love you to consider joining our Legal team at Kellogg as a Senior Legal Counsel based in Vimercate, Italy on a 12-month contract.

 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing legal team that supports the Italian business and contributes to the broader Iberia & Italy Legal Department. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, supporting commercial decisions while ensuring legal compliance.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Legal Business Partnering – Provide proactive, solution-focused legal advice tailored to business needs.
  • Contract Management – Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (procurement, IT, media).
  • Advertising & Media Law – Review and approve advertising, social media, POS, and press releases.
  • Sales Support – Assist the Sales team in customer negotiations and contracts.
  • Project Involvement – Join cross-functional project teams and provide legal guidance throughout.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Legal qualification in Italy with strong expertise in commercial law.
  • Proven ability to manage legal risk while enabling business growth in a fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in advertising and food law, ideally within a multinational or FMCG context.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
