This Revenue Growth Manager, Cereals role at Kellanova is a high-impact opportunity to shape how one of the world’s most iconic breakfast brands grows profitably in the Italian market.
Based in Vimercate, Milan, this hybrid role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, blending strategic thinking with hands-on analysis to influence pricing, promotions, and trade investment across Ready to Eat Cereals. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months; in this role you will play a critical role representing the global brands every day.
Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams, the role turns complex data into clear, confident recommendations. By bringing clarity to price, promo, PPA, mix, and trade strategies, the Revenue Growth Manager helps ensure smart, sustainable growth while keeping the consumer, the customer, and the P&L firmly in focus.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Promo and Trade Strategy Leadership: Owns the development, evolution, and storytelling of promotional guidelines and trade strategies, ensuring they are insight‑led, customer‑relevant, and aligned with overall cereals strategy. Partners closely with Sales and Category to influence execution and unlock value from trade spend.
- Pricing and PPA Ownership: Identifies pricing opportunities across channels and customers, translating market dynamics, elasticity, and competitive intelligence into robust PPA recommendations. Builds clear, data‑backed business cases to support pricing decisions and long‑term revenue growth.
- Profit Optimization Through Mix: Analyzes channel, customer, and product mix to maximize profitability, balancing volume, value, and margin. Uses scenario modeling and performance tracking to guide smarter, faster commercial decisions.
- Tools Development and Adaptation: Develops, adapts, and continuously improves RGM tools in line with European processes, tailoring them to Italian market needs. Ensures tools are practical, scalable, and embedded into everyday ways of working.
- Capability and Knowledge Building: Acts as a champion for P&L thinking, RGM methodologies, and analytical tools across the organization. Shares knowledge with clarity and enthusiasm, helping colleagues feel confident using insights to drive better outcomes.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance, Management Engineering, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with solid P&L understanding
- Ability to collaborate easily with multiple functions (Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, CBU) to achieve shared objectives
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and internal/external data sources such as Nielsen and IRI/Circana
- Fluency in Italian and English
