Title:  Revenue Growth Manager Associate - 12 Months Contract

In this role, you’ll deliver powerful sales and profitability insights, craft smart strategies for price, promo, mix, and trade, and develop analytical tools to fuel growth and category success. Ready to make it happen? 

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

 

  • Promotion Strategy: Develop and present guidelines for effective promotions and trade strategies. 

  • Pricing Opportunities: Identify and recommend market pricing opportunities through targeted analysis. 

  • Mix & Promo Optimization: Lead analysis to optimize product mix and promotional activities for better business decisions. 

  • Performance Evaluation: Produce reports to assess sales outcomes and support recommendations for category growth and profitability. 

  • Tool Development: Design and adapt analytical tools that align with European processes and fulfill local market needs. 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS 

 

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or similar. 

  • Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of P&L. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and market data tools (Nielsen, Circana). 

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
