Title:  POSM Design Manager - 12 months fixed term contract

Description:

Join us as POSM Manager and you will get the chance to manage the shopper activation, visibility tools, trade Items, warehousing and partnership collaboration. You will be managing the local end-to-end design, implementation, and execution and coordinating the POS European initiatives for the three categories: savoury snacks, wholesome snacks, and cereals in the Italian market.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning & Execution – you will support the local execution of the shopper marketing activation plans coming from the European Business Unit and develop, execute, and activate the current shopper plans for the three categories. You will support the delivery of fully integrated commercial shopper plans for the brands in customers. Support the business planning, customers amplification and development for the Italian business. Accountable for the brand’s budget including consumer and shoppers’ activities.
  • Visibility & trends - lead the local visibility activities needed by market, channel, and customer if it should be developed locally. Identify main insights, trends and tools in the retail and Away from Home channel.
  • Partnerships - Coordinate the partnership activities with strategic partners working closely in a multifunctional team and design, develop and manage the activities, materials, visibility, and tools needed for that purpose.
  • Co-packing - lead the local co-packing activities, coordinating sales and local warehousing and identifying the best options according to sales plans and requirements, liaising with RGM team.
  • Project Management - Lead the warehousing project, including period reports, tracking, control, and budget coordinating it with the brand activation team, sales and field sales team and having an end-to-end collaboration with the POSM team in the Central Team.
  • Tools & systems - Identify and develop the proper tools to support in store out of shelf visibility, working cross-category and cross channels, liaising with RGM and ensuring on going raw materials availability at best prices, according to yearly sales objectives by category.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Degree in Marketing/Management/Business Administration/Economics or similar.
  • Previous experience in trade marketing or sales, understanding the consumer needs and shopper insights that turn into real actions.
  • Leadership and influencing skills, able to work cross-teams.
  • High drive for results and ownership.
  • Ability to communicate & influence clearly in both local languages (Italian) and English.
