Title:  HR Business Partner - Italy

Description: 

As an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for the Italy Market. Based in our Monza office on a hybrid working model and reporting to the Senior HR Director, you’ll lead a team of two and provide expert HR support across a broad range of activities. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of HR operations, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with Italian employment law, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

 

This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and operational execution. You’ll contribute to regional HR initiatives, collaborate with Centres of Excellence, and support leadership development and cultural transformation. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and inclusive practices, you’ll help embed a high-performance, values-led culture that supports our people and business goals.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Leading the People Agenda: Deliver the People Agenda for the Italy Market, balancing strategic focus with HR operational excellence.
  • Coaching and Developing: Support leaders, managers, and teams to advance our talent and culture journey.
  • Driving Regional Initiatives: Partner with the Continental Europe HR Team to deliver impactful people initiatives.
  • Advancing Data & Analytics: Enable data-led HR decisions through enhanced analytics capabilities.
  • Managing Talent & Performance: Oversee performance management, succession planning, and engagement activities.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with employees and management, providing HR expertise.
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence: Address country-specific needs and initiatives with European HR Centres of Excellence.
  • Ensuring Legal Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Italian employment law and develop HR policies aligned with legislation and best practice.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • Solid experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • Strong understanding of European HR strategies, practices and policies including Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness, Culture and Employee Engagement.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Italian employment law and HR best practice.
  • Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo to continuously improve.
  • Flexible, problem-solving approach and strong team player/relationship builder.
  • Excellent facilitation and team development skills.
  • Strong understanding and experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
