Title:  Category Analyst

Category Analyst - 12 Months Assignment 

Support Category Team in analyzing and monitoring categories KPI's in order to execute the guidelines at customer/channel level. Support Category development Lead in category projects on wholesome snacks category.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing  

• Work with Category Managers defining and monitoring AMPPS KPI's cross categories (assortment, WD, display, share assortment, share of shelf). 
• Develop and monitor monthly reports based on Nielsen Sell out Data. 
• Analyze sales KPI’s of major customers to support Category Managers in strategic & tactic actions. 
• Establish and maintain a partnership with Sales and Activation Team in the development and implementation of customer amplification activities. 
• Monitor and analyze customer Kpi’s to make recommendations related to operational actions. 
• Support Category Manager for all major presentations including customer business reviews, new item introductions, category trend reviews, up date WD etc. 
• Use and understand ACNielsen data, customer point-of-sale and loyalty data and systems used to generate the information for category and customer reviews. 
• Collaborate with Category Development Lead and Category Manager to develop project and set guidelines related to Wholesome snacks Category Management. 

  REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent Analytical and synthetical skills.
• Good knowledge in Windows applications mainly Excel/PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in analyzing data (IRI/Nielsen)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in local language (Italian) and English.
• University degree is required.
