Title:  Territory Manager - Vancouver

As a Territory Manager (6 month contract) in the Greater Vancouver Area  , you will represent Kellanova to some of the world’s most respected and recognized retail operations. In this opportunity, you’ll have the chance to use your consulting and selling skills to impact immediate wins as well as long-term customer partnerships with our Retail Partners across your territory. We are looking to you to take a fact-based data driven approach to growing your business. You will strive to become the partner of choice with all of our retailers.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Kellanova’s Retail Presence – You will work with your Kellanova partners to understand our Retail Customers' business strategies and targets. By doing so, you will drive and achieve distribution and speed to shelf targets and incremental display objectives. You will also use your own strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase the share of the shelf through major and minor relines. You will have the ability to bring fresh ideas that the competition will wish they thought of. 
• Promotional Execution – You will have a firm focus on the timely execution of promotions as well as shelf objectives, according to banners and store planogram compliance. You will partner closely with your Retail Team Lead to ensure your territory’s specific strategies are delivered and achieved. 
• Improvement is the Key to Our Success – We want you to have a vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there. You will be identifying opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the Retail Team.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Understand the importance of the Kellanova Brand and leverage this to our Customers and Consumers.
• Post-Secondary Education in related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Client-focused, with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust. Tenacity and an aptitude for sales.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid Driver’s license within Canada - Driver abstract may be requested.
• Travel is a big portion of this role. Must be willing to drive 75% of the time.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this role is $36.67 - $38.90 per hour, which is based on various factors including location, experience and skill.

There is a contract closing bonus offered for this role dependent on individual performance and successful fulfillment of the contract period.
