Title: Sales Representative Junior
Are you passionate about Sales and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Sales team as a Sales Representative Junior. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and comprehend information, dynamics and needs to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade). You will provide insight around categories performance and shoppers.
This role is located in Tampico, Tamaulipas with the expectation to be in the sales field everyday – subject to change. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial plan execution: Ensure a flawless commercial plan execution at point of sales of the assigned territory and increase POS KPIS base line aligned to company goals.
- Strong team alignment: With supervisors and merchandisers
- Customers relationships: Developing customers behind business proposals and sustainable plans. Generate engagement and trust with customers and chains.
- Data analysis: Deliver business proposals based on hard data analysis.
- Inputs: Communicate inputs & opportunities identified in the working zone.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 or more years working as Sales Representative, experience with local accounts.
- Proven data capabilities Excel, Power Point, Word
- Driven license: mandatory
- Speaking business conversation and executive presentations/reviews
