Title: Warehouse Manager
The Botany Warehouse Manager leads all onsite warehouse operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient management of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, material flow, and service performance, while ensuring compliance with food safety, people safety (including Chain of Responsibility legislation).
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient handling of all materials
- Inventory Control – Establish and monitor procedures, incorporating the Kellogg SAP system and physical warehouse locations to ensure a high level of accuracy and timely allocation of inventory. Lead investigations into variances and deliver reductions
- Drive cultural alignment with site goals around safety, waste, and performance stability.
- Manage warehouse team capability, coaching team members to strengthen ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.
- Conduct Stock Takes in accordance with stock take protocol. Implement supporting cycle count programs for each Raw and Pack material held on site.
- P&L responsibility for warehousing costs onsite. Responsibility to drive cost efficiencies through the Network
We’re Looking for Someone With
This is a unique role where you are able to take ownership for warehousing activities at our Botany plant. Playing an integral role leading a team. You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications with at least 5 – 10 years general business experience in Supply chain management
- Strong capability in people management particulary in a Logistics environment
- Previous experience with ERP systems, in particular SAP and managing 3PL partners to deliver business outcomes
