Title:  Senior RGM Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to make a difference at Kellanova! The Senior RGM Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of price & promotional strategy across channels and brands. They will provide actionable insights and support to the RGM Manager, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Regional RGM team to drive data-backed commercial decisions. The Senior RGM Analyst will ensure the pricing agenda and broader RGM processes run efficiently for Kellanova to optimize volume, revenue, and profitability.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, category trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps 
• Responsible for maintaining internal pricing, including creation of pricing forms and ensuring pricing accuracy and integrity across the assigned category.
• Lead the pricing, promotion and pack strategy for the assigned Kellanova portfolio in line with category and brand plans. With the support of the RGM Manager identify opportunities and provide ongoing recommendations.
• Model the impact of pricing changes on volume, revenue, and profitability to support strategic decision-making in conjunction with RGM Manager and finance.
• Assist in development of promotion guidelines and guardrails to drive compliance and to ensure excellent execution of promotional activities.
• Work closely with Category, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align on strategic goals, key initiatives, and targets.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• 2-3 years of experience in RGM, Commercial Analytics, Finance or a related field, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Experience or exposure in Sales or a support role is a benefit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in a clear and compelling way.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and financial modelling.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau is highly beneficial 
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
