Title:  Logistics Analyst

In this role you will provide critical support to the ANZ Logistics Team in the execution and delivery of logistics service provider (3PL) operational commitments across the end-to-end supply chain. The role includes invoice processing and reconciliation, data collection/analytics to measure and report SP performance against agreed metrics and provision of insights, recommendations, and support on CI initiatives and RFQ processes.

 

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing:-

 

  • Support the Logistics Team in the delivery of the key departmental KPI targets of PIFOT, DIFOT, cycle count accuracy, warehouse damages, inventory write offs and P&L delivery
  • Logistics operational management, supporting the SP network with direct engagement and direction
  • Process invoices through SAP and KBuy. Manage end to end accounting from invoicing, raising purchase orders, reconciliation and reporting on actuals v budget according to business calendar, with supporting analysis
  • Monthly preparation for management reporting, analyse data to ensure actual versus forecast is correct
  • Support Procurement operations and ANZ Logistics team in the preparation and analysis of RFPs and related CI initiatives and projects
  • Creation and distribution of daily BAU logistical reports, including review and resolution of system errors and recommendation for mitigation action

 

Your Recipe For Success: -

 

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate logistics/supply chain experience within the FMCG environment. You will be experienced collaborating with cross functional teams as well as external partners with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

More specifically we’re looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:

 

  • 3 years demonstrable experience working within a similar role 
  • Previous experience working within the FMCG environment 
  • A qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, or Manufacturing
  • Strong SAP experience, with strong reporting platform (Tableau) and general ERP systems understanding
  • Pro-active, with strong analytical / problem solving skills and results oriented
