Here at Kellanova we have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the business looking after all things snacks. In this role you will business partner with commercial teams to drive profitability and sustainability year on year, delivering high quality financial information inline with our business strategy. 

 

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing:-

 

  • Provide financial guidance and support for annual budget planning, target setting, monthly forecasts, and value-added analysis for the commercial teams
  • Ensure commercial plans are in line with financial strategy and support commercial team in the market to maximize the company value through commercial plans.
  • Managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position through financial analysis including month end reporting, quality review of various strategic initiatives and other business plans
  • Provide Senior Management with business advice and counsel for sound decision making in all aspects of business
  • Support commercial teams with new product development initiatives including costing projects

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join Kellanova. You will be accountable and possess the ability to collaborate throughout a business at all levels both domestically and regionally, whilst using your previous experience to provide strong finance recommendations to drive our snack portfolio growth.  

 

More specifically we’re looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:

  • A relevant Professional accounting qualification, preferably CPA, CA or CIMA qualified. 
  • Minimum 7-10 years of finance working experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of organizational skills to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels in the organization
  • Experience in SAP and trade promotion management systems
