Title: Sales Representative (1-year contract)
Function & Business Unit: Sales / Kellanova Korea
Location: Seoul office
Reports to: Modern Trade Team Channel Leader

- Primary Function / Why does the job exist?
- Achieve key sales accountabilities including distribution, out-of-stock, share of promotion, share of facings.
- Achieve budgeted sales value &volume to the distributor for his/her accounts / territory
- Working Relationships / Reports to whom? Supervises whom? Peer Relationships.
- Reports to Modern Trade Team Channel Leader
- Internally work closely with Key Account Manager, Marketing and Trade Marketing Team
- Has good relationship with customers, NS(Distributor), stores and merchandising agencies.

- Modern Trade Team: The team consists of 17 members within the Sales function, which has a total of 40 employees.

- Achieve budgeted target.

- Achievement of territory value / volume targets
- Achievements of specified standards of Distribution level, Product positioning, Section location, Section quality, Merchandise incentive deals, Support of promotional programs, Support individual small store (opening, promotion, etc.), Additional off-shelf acquisition at key stores
- Reports and administration: Customer DB, Consumer complaint, Competitors’ activities report, Merchandise incentive status
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Preferred Education & Experience
- 2~3 years field sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Driver’s license & Owner of the vehicle required for work
- Possesses customer-oriented mind and negotiation skill, Effective team player
