Title:  Communication Specialist (대리/과장급)

Description: 

◇ Role& Responsibilities

Public relations, External and internal communications, CSR to manage corporate and brand reputation

-    PUBLIC RELATIONS 
1)    Monitor, review press release & public opinion regarding Kellogg’s, Pringles and industry
2)    Develop and implement communication strategies and PR plan under the supervision of CA Lead
3)    Present arguments on behalf of Kellogg and Pringles to media
4)    Respond to enquiries from the public, media and other organizations. 
5)    Attend and arrange interviews with journalists, review media releases, and liaise with and make statements to media 
6)    In charge of managing three owned media channels (Instagram, Naver blog and Website)
7)    Write, edit and arrange production of internal newsletters, distribute in-house monitoring newsletter
8)    Direct PR and SNS agencies for publicity activities on communication and CSR programs and issue monitoring under the supervision of CA Lead  

 

-    INTERNAL COMMUNICATION 
1)    Plan and execute various internal events in cooperation with HR to motivate employees
2)    Lead in operating internal community in collaboration with other teams 
3)    Work closely with AMEA CA team in developing internal communication program and its execution 

 

-    CSR
1)    Create CSR program opportunities working closely with Food Bank Korea, Child Fund Korea, World Vision and other NGOs
2)    Plan and organize CSR events involving internal and external stakeholders (MOUs, volunteering etc.) 
3)    Responsible of company’s donation programs and budget

 

-    Issue Management 
1)    Assist CA lead in developing risk assessments and implement crisis management plans to ensure Kellogg’s and Pringles reputation is positively maintained. 

 

 

◇ Specific Skill / Knowledge Requirement for this Position

-    University degree or the above with communications major preferred 
-    Minimum 5~6 years of experience in communications, corporate affairs and/or agency experience in the FMCG industry 
-    Strong knowledge of local media landscape (broadcast, print, online, new media and magazine); media and FMCG industry knowledge a plus 
-    Must have well written and oral communication skills with absolute fluency in Korean and English 
-    Issues and crisis communication management experience  
-    Team player with in-depth experience working with various cross-functional teams
-    Demonstrate creative thinking and strong project management skills 
-    Have flexibility, resourcefulness, and strong ownership as well as an ability to actively interact with others
