Reports to: eCommerce KAM & Associate Director, eCommerce Lead

    • To provide the necessary accountabilities & strategic plan

 

  • Working Relationships / Reports to whom? Supervises whom? Peer Relationships.
    • Reports to eCommerce KAM & Associate Director, eCommerce Lead
    • Internally working closely with Key Account Manager, Marketing and Trade Marketing Team
    •  Has good relationship with customers, NS(Distributor), stores and merchandising agencies.

    • Modern Trade Team: The team consists of 9 members within the Sales function, which has a total of 40 employees.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Principal Duties & Responsibilities / These should represent the “core” of the job duties.

 

1. eCommerce Sales promotion planning & Execution

    • Develop e-commerce sales promotions and campaigns including in line with digital ads investment.
    • Execute eCommerce sales plan to achieve objectives such as sales target, market share and Market allowance
    • Develop eCommerce exclusive product assortment based on shopper and customer feedback or previous performances

2. Support eKAM, Running D2C site

    • Support KAM with data analisys
    • Monitor competitor''s promotion, price strategy
    • Updates sales kit by customers adapting eCommerce landscape coordinated with Trade Marketing team

3. Account Management

    • Measure promotion efficiency by month
    • Monitor Pricing policy by month
    • Use information technology and data analysis effectively to share eCommerce performances with global team

4. Manage Naver seller site overall

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Naver Brand Store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory updates
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with brand strategy and seasonal trends
    • Analyze sales performance, customer data, and campaign results to optimize performance
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) and external partners (agencies, platform reps)
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities
    • Handle customer inquiries and reviews to ensure excellent shopper experience

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Preferred Education & Experience
    • 3+ years sales experience(Key account manager, E-commerce experience)
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Mid to late 30’s
    • FMCG experience
    • Driver’s license required for work
    • Possesses customer-oriented mind and negotiation skills, Effective team player
