Title: National Account Manager
Are you ready to make a significant impact in a buoyant market? Kellanova is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our thriving sales team of over 100 professionals at our fantastic Media City Salford Head Office. This is a fixed term secondment contract for 12 months.
This hybrid role offers the autonomy to drive success in a channel where we are investing heavily. As a market leader, we are committed to maintaining our winning mentality and providing real opportunities to make a difference.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the P&L, negotiating with customers, delivering P&L budget and profitable growth, dealing with all categories including the world famous ‘Pringles’ and the nations favourite cereals including Cornflakes and Rice Krispies. You will work across functions such as marketing and finance.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the P&L and Deliver Profitable Growth: Oversee profit and loss, achieve budget targets, and drive growth.
- Negotiating and Driving Relationships: Build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and be the voice of the customer internally and externally.
- Sales and Performance: Enhance performance by working with field sales/BDE and partnering with colleagues internally and externally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments, utilising data to create compelling narratives to really influence and make a difference both internally and externally.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- An excellent communicator, influencing and experience of growing relationships
- Key Account Manager, National Account Executive or National Account Management experience.
- A proven record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with multi-million-pound P&L spend.
- Experience working within a commercial and high-pressured role where you have driven and achieved results.
- A full UK driving license.
