Title:  IT Service Manager

Description: 

As an experienced IT Service Manager, you'll possess the ability to deliver standard services while ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices. You'll be at the helm of service delivery operations, ensuring they align with the organizational goals of our European business while upholding service quality according to all service agreements (including those with 3rd parties) and internal policies. Based at our Media City office in Manchester, this hybrid role allows for flexibility with three days spent in-office each week. You'll closely collaborate within a core team of four and report directly to our Corporate Business Solutions Director.

 

This role extends beyond Europe, contributing to the strategic direction of global IT Services at Kellanova. You'll lead and collaborate with diverse teams spanning IT, business, and 3rd Parties, tackling complex challenges and refining processes and solutions. Your role holds significant business-critical responsibility, impacting the organization at its core. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Service Transition Management: Lead seamless transitions of service requirements into live environments, minimizing disruptions.
  • Process Optimisation: Streamline essential processes for efficient managed service delivery.
  • Asset Management: Ensure effective life cycle management of IT assets, maintaining compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Incident and Problem Resolution: Implement strategies for timely resolution of incidents and problems, preventing recurrence.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Performance Reporting: Facilitate strong stakeholder management through clear communication and provide insightful performance reports for continuous improvement.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience in a similar IT Service Manager role.
  • ITIL Certification (V4 preferred)
  • Broad understanding of current technologies, particularly SAP
  • Business acumen: how IT service aligns with business goals
  • Proficiency in IT process management
