Title:  Head of Category Management - FTC 9 months

As a Senior Manager in Category this role is based in our Media City office with a hybrid working model, you’ll be at the forefront of driving category growth and building strategic partnerships. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion Category Vision: You’ll bring our category strategy to life with customers, translating insights into compelling plans that drive growth and shelf impact.
• Elevate Strategic Partnerships: Build and deepen relationships with key customers by delivering a broader perspective rooted in shopper and consumer insights. You’ll be the go-to expert who helps them see what’s possible.
• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of category managers, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and growth. You’ll be a role model for our “Make it Happen” mindset.
• Drive Insight-Led Decisions: Use data to uncover opportunities and shape category narratives that resonate. Your ability to connect the dots will influence everything from assortment to activation.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with sales, marketing, and insights teams to ensure alignment and execution of category plans that deliver measurable results.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Holistic understanding of our business and our customers (consumers, shoppers, communications, performance drivers – financial, operations)
• Tenacious and driven to build relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Experience as an inspiring team leader
• Proven experience in category management, commercial strategy, or shopper insights within FMCG or retail
