Title: Go To Market Coordinator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently seeking a Go to Market Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract to act as a key member of the Go to Market team.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Cycle - Oversee administration of the Commercial Cycle – book meetings, update agendas, circulate actions, ownership of the GTM Actions Calendar.
- Data - Maintain accuracy of product data for Vantage websites and provide data to third parties.
- Point of Sales - Management of weekly POS (Point of Sale) orders and stock reports and flag any issues to GTM and Paragon Warehouse teams.
- Project Calls - Attend relevant UKI project calls to monitor progress of projects and update relevant stakeholders.
- Commercial Hub - Upkeep of UKI Commercial Hub (folder storage & archiving, access for new team members/starters).

- The ability to engage with and work across cross functional teams at all levels of the business.
- Experience juggling multiple priorities while working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Teams and Excel.
- Project Management mindset.
- Passion, passion to get results.
