Working across our European manufacturing sites, you’ll play a vital role in decision-making, programme delivery, and implementation, helping to power performance and sustainability across the business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a hybrid basis from our office in Media City, Salford.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversight of European Programs within a Global Framework - Effectively managing European programs requires coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. This involves aligning regional objectives with broader organisational goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Create a network through the factories to enable the goals of the business - Establishing an effective network across all factories is essential for supporting the organisation’s overarching objectives.
- Develop and Implement a Technology Masterplan for the Facilities and Utilities areas across multiple sites in Europe - In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive technology masterplan that drives innovation and standardisation across European manufacturing sites.
- Lead the Continuous improvement programme on the installed Utilities and Facilities Technology base to create incremental Supply Chain Opportunities to drive business results. You will champion ongoing enhancements to the existing technology infrastructure for utilities and facilities across our European sites.
- Help the plants build plans to deliver on global programs and ensure they are set up for success – Partner with manufacturing sites to translate global programmes into clear, actionable plant-level plans that drive execution with confidence.

- Able to communicate effectively, influence others and develop relationships through collaboration, to ensure Area Masterplans are sufficient to meet the business needs.
- Ability to Set Area priorities and focus, set expectations, provide objective feedback, coach, measure performance, and ensure Area resource is sufficient.
- Budget and plan effectively, proactively solve problems, identify and share opportunities and issues.
