If you’re naturally excited by numbers and hungry for innovation, come join us as a Category Management Lead on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in Media City, Manchester (hybrid working schedule).  

You will be a category leader, responsible for building category growth for the future with our current customers such as Tesco and ASDA, and growing Kellanova’s current category presence in all formats and channels. Bring your energy, collaboration and analytical skills and play a key part in helping the organization grow.

 A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial Leadership – Lead the Category Management process for a key strategic priority customer, working cross functionally externally and internally across customer and category teams to increase Customer category sales and achieve Kellogg customer business targets (Distribution / Value Sales / Display).
• Strategic Planning – Lead in the development of retailer/channel category strategy & plans & specific sell in stories, working in collaboration with Kelloggs Commercial, RGM & Brand activation teams where relevant.
• Managing the Business – Working with relevant insight agencies to create, deploy and execute insight led category strategies to grow Category and Kellogg's (Dunnhumby/Quantium/Circana/Kantar).

• Implementing Solutions – Work collaboratively with other business functions to win and deliver on growth. Using strong communication and innovation to ‘win in store’.

 We’re looking for Someone With

• FMCG Category Management experience, customer facing with experience of Top 4 multinationals
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate data into insight – knowledge of retailer systems an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills with a proven record of delivery – internally and externally
