Title:  Commercial HRBP Coordinator

Are you ready to shape the future of HR and drive people strategy in a dynamic commercial environment? As a Commercial Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator at Kellanova, you will support and execute Human Resources initiatives across our Commercial Area—spanning Sales Channels, Trade Marketing & Merchandising, and Categories. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, you will act as a trusted HR business partner to commercial leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and contributing to culture, performance, and organizational transformation.

 

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive key HR initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with high visibility across regional leadership and HR communities.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Partner with Commercial Leadership to Drive People Strategy: Collaborate closely with Sales and Category leaders to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.
  • Execute HR Initiatives Across the Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate performance management, succession planning, talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with HR COEs and GBS teams.
  • Champion Culture, Diversity, and Change Management: Activate cultural transformation initiatives, integrate DEI efforts with BERGs, and lead change management to enhance team effectiveness and inclusion.
  • Use Data & People Analytics for Strategic Impact: Leverage HR data—such as headcount, people cost, attrition, and KPIs—to generate insights and drive talent decisions and productivity improvements.
  • Connect Functions & Build HR Operating Excellence: Serve as a key liaison between the business and HR COEs, ensuring alignment of policies and practices and contributing to continuous process improvements and strategic HR projects.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Business Partner for the commercial area or customer-facing environments, with exposure to matrix, regional, or global organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and independent decision-making capabilities, with a passion for aligning talent initiatives with commercial success.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus), and strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in organizational design, project and change management, and proficiency in HR systems and people analytics tools.
