Title:  Plant Training Resource II

Description: 

Do you have a passion for developing people and bringing training programs to life? As our Plant Training Resource II at Rome, GA facility, you’ll design, implement, and coordinate training that strengthens skills across our 24/7 manufacturing operation. This onsite role partners closely with both Human Resources and Operations to ensure employees have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to grow and succeed.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Training Coordination & Documentation – Schedule and facilitate plant training events while maintaining accurate training documentation, records, and reporting.
  • Training Strategy Support – Assist with designing and implementing plant training strategies aligned to required competencies and skill development needs.
  • HR & Operations Partnership – Collaborate with Plant HR , Learning and Development team, and Operations to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and materials.
  • HR Technology Engagement – Support employee and manager adoption of HR technology, tools, and service delivery programs.
  • Continuous Improvement – Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance learning outcomes and plant capability.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Substantial experience in manufacturing technical Training and Development
  • Experience creating training programs and training materials
  • Familiarity with crewing programs, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and follow written instructions and procedures
  • Experience in Business, Human Resources, Training, or a related field; HR manufacturing experience is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work occasional early morning or evening hours to support a 24hour manufacturing operation

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $77,000 - $101,115 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
