Title:  Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing plant efficiency, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and delivering impactful cost savings through lean methodologies.

 

This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Rome plant. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (day shift), with flexibility required to meet operational needs.

 

You’ll join a high-performing manufacturing reliability team known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement. The team values innovation and is always looking for new ways to push boundaries and improve performance.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive Cost Savings Initiatives  Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects using lean tools to reduce waste and optimize performance.
  • Lead Autonomous Maintenance Efforts  Support the plants journey in Autonomous Maintenance by collaborating with cross-functional teams and training team members.
  • Implement Automation and Robotics  Spearhead the integration of advanced technologies to modernize manufacturing processes.
  • Apply Technical and Troubleshooting Expertise  Strengthen operational capabilities by developing troubleshooting skills across process and packaging equipment.
  • Champion a Culture of Innovation  Inspire a mindset of curiosity and improvement across the team to drive sustainable change.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • HS Diploma/GED required.
  • Previous experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with automation and robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • A passion for improvement and thinking outside the box.
  • Strong desire and drive to be a change agent.

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $78,600 - $93,385, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
