Title: Human Resources Coordinator
As the Human Resources Coordinator in Rome, GA you’ll have the opportunity to lead scheduling activities within the facility, while supporting our human resource, labor, and employee relations team. Your outgoing and contagious positivity will be key to engaging and support the plant team!
Our Human Resource Coordinator and Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring our production schedule runs like clockwork. Beyond the core HR duties, you’ll dive into various other tasks, reflecting the dynamic nature of the position. Flexibility is key and we value adaptability. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Operational Scheduling & HR Support: Coordinate schedules for four operational crews, manage job postings, and support HR investigations and employee relations issues.
- Attendance & Documentation: Oversee attendance tracking, including vacations, leaves, and assist in the disciplinary process. Maintain organized records through filing and scanning.
- Employee Engagement & Events: Co-Facilitate onboarding, engage employees through events, and handle purchase and supply orders.
- Reporting & Administration: Generate Kronos reports, field CLP questions/needs, and support HRM CLP administration.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in HR.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $51,840-$71,280, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
