Title:  Support Specialist

Are you looking to use your creativity and analytical mindset to play a key role in advancing our market-leading, iconic portfolio of brands? As a Support Specialist on the Customer Supply Chain team, you will assist the team with ongoing project work leveraging Excel, Tableau and Power BI to interpret key data. If you're passionate about leveraging your analytical expertise to shape the future of renowned brands, this role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure in many areas. We will look to you to dive into a wealth of data sources, uncovering valuable insights that drive actionable strategies.

 

The Customer Supply Chain team reports out of the Rogers, AR office but candidates can be remote. This is an hourly position, and we are seeking a candidate who can work up to 25 hours per week, up to a one-year assignment.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Analytics Drive Actions - Dive into diverse data sources to find insights that reveal new opportunities. Your knack for storytelling with data will inspire action across the organization, turning analysis into impact.
  • Modeling Processes - Harness the power of data analytics and visualization tools to automate and refine our data processes. Your work will be crucial in unlocking actionable insights that drive our strategies forward.
  • Customer Relations - Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, connecting with a diverse range of departments and vendors. This role emphasizes effective communication and collaboration to ensure aligned goals and successful partnerships.
  • Project Management - Lead the development and execution of project plans, spanning investments, process improvements, and the integration of new technologies. You will be driving a proactive approach for driving change and delivering results.
  • Manage Competing Priorities - Juggle multiple and conflicting priorities that will have specific time constraints.

  

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL querying and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience influencing all levels of the organization, both cross functionally and externally.
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week (during business hours)
  • Pursuing or has a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics, preferably with CPG industry-specific domain knowledge.
