Title:  Key Account Executive

Description: 

Kellanova is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our Walmart Sales Team, focusing on the Frozen Plant Based business. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your selling skills to collaborate with key decision-makers and drive business results. As a vital member of the Kellanova Sales Team, you will develop sales solutions informed by consumer insights, aiming to maximize and sustain the growth strategy for your account.

This is a Hybrid position based in Rogers, AR. 

 

A Taste of What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Account Development Develop an annual customer plan that unlocks the full potential of our Morningstar Farms brand through merchandising, shelving strategies, pricing and new product launches.
  • Customer Collaboration As a strategic business partner, your superior business knowledge will serve to educate and develop rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Strategic Partnerships — Primary contact for category Merchant, creating our joint Walmart business plan. Develop partnerships/networks and collaborate with key customer decision-makers and internal cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that deliver results.
  • Analytics Drive profitable sales growth by performing analyses of our investments and business needs, revising future programs and strategies as necessary.
  • Budget Management – Manage trade dollars within your assigned budgets to drive profitability and deliver your trade plans.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Significant Consumer-Packaged Goods industry experience in a related function
  • Ability to develop, present, and execute a customer plan with a focus on customer communication and account penetration
  • Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and strong financial acumen
  • Analyze and interpret data (i.e. Nielsen / IRI); Scintilla experience preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of trade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills
  • This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, your driving record must be clear of any significant charges over the last 36 months and cannot have more than 2 moving violations over the last 36 months

 

 

Compensation 

 

The annual salary range is $114,000-$150,150 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available 

 

The position provides participation in the Kellanova Auto Reimbursement program
