RM Manager
Key Responsibilities :

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
· Develop and implement detailed preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on manufacturer recommendations, operational data, and historical performance.
· Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
· Coordinate and allocate resources (e.g., labor, tools, equipment, parts) to execute planned maintenance tasks efficiently.
· Review maintenance work orders and determine required materials, equipment, and personnel for job completion.
· Monitor and ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance activities and adjust plans as necessary to meet plant priorities.
· Track and analyze maintenance KPIs, including equipment downtime, repair costs, and work order completion rates, to drive improvements.

Plant Maintenance and Operations
· Oversee the daily plant maintenance operations to ensure the proper functioning of all machinery, equipment, and systems.
· Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
· Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve long-term reliability.
· Manage plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs effectively to minimize production interruptions.
· Ensure the availability of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities through effective inventory management.
· Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical equipment failures and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.

Reliability Improvement Initiatives
· Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan.
· Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
· Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability through predictive maintenance technologies, such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
· Optimize plant asset management by implementing data-driven maintenance practices and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
· Develop and monitor the performance of condition-based monitoring systems to proactively address potential failures.

Budget and Cost Control
· Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits while maintaining equipment reliability and performance.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities related to maintenance practices, parts, and supplies.
· Monitor and control maintenance-related expenses, including labor, materials, and external contractors.
· Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance costs and performance for reporting and analysis.

Team Leadership and Development
· Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance, safety, and continuous professional development.
· Provide coaching and mentorship to maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and establish clear goals and development plans for team members.
· Ensure that the maintenance team is properly trained on new equipment, systems, and safety protocols

Compliance and Safety
· Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA, environmental, and health and safety standards.
· Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by leading safety meetings, conducting safety audits, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe manner.
Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years in facility management, environmental management, or related roles.

Knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and sustainability practices.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with environmental regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001).

Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.
