Title: Quality Manager (Chonburi, Thailand)
Role Overview:
As a Quality Manager at Chonburi, you will play a foundational role in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our new manufacturing facility. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our delicious potato chips meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
Role Purpose
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and improving product quality, compliance with regulations, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations. In this new factory setup, you'll be instrumental in establishing quality protocols from the ground up.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards for the new potato chip production facility.
- Establish and oversee quality inspection processes for raw materials, including potatoes and oils.
- Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols from the ground up.
- Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the production and quality control teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality data and reports.
- Lead training and awareness programs to instill a culture of quality among employees.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards right from the start.
- Continuously improve quality processes and procedures to enhance product excellence in the new factory.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food production quality management, including experience in setting up quality systems.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
