Title:  Travel & Expenses Reporting Analyst

Description: 

As a T&E Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of travel and expense reporting across the business. Partnering with finance, tax, and operational stakeholders, you'll help maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies through reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and process improvements. This is an opportunity to build expertise across accounts payable, reporting, and financial controls while contributing to a global organization.

 

Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this position supports the GBS Source-to-Pay Accounts Payable organization and collaborates with cross-functional partners including finance, tax, and T&E teams. You'll join a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable financial information that supports business decision-making.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Drive Financial Reconciliations: Perform general ledger, corporate credit card, and bank account reconciliations while investigating and resolving open items to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Support Month-End Reporting: Execute accrual entries, expense reclassifications, and reporting activities to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and reporting requirements.
  • Strengthen Controls And Compliance: Conduct compliance and control testing and contribute to reporting activities that support tax, statutory, and government requirements.
  • Advance Process Improvement: Identify automation and simplification opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner Across The Business : Provide reporting support, respond to finance user requests, and collaborate on accounting processes, reporting requirements, and system optimization efforts.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative finance-related roles.
  • English proficiency with the ability to participate in business conversations.
  • Experience using SAP or other financial systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience performing account reconciliations, accruals, reporting, or financial control activities.
