Title:  Trade Spending Analysis Manager

Description:

Are you ready to lead financial transformation, streamline trade spending processes, and inspire a high-performing team across Latin America? As a LATAM Trade Spending Analysis Manager at Kellanova, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing trade deductions, credit notes, and AR balances, while driving operational excellence across the region. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this position manages direct and indirect teams, engages with senior commercial and finance stakeholders, and leads process improvement and compliance initiatives.

This is your opportunity to shape strategic financial outcomes into a dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural environment with broad regional and executive visibility.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and Inspire Cross-Regional Teams: Directly manage 2 Process Owners and indirectly lead a team of 13 across Latin America. Create engagement, reinforce operational discipline, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Own the Trade Spending and Deduction Process: Ensure accurate and timely execution of trade deductions, credit generation, and AR reconciliation. Maintain strong control and visibility of balances and aged deductions.
  • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Governance: Act as a key partner to Commercial Finance, Sales Leadership, and GBS peers to resolve issues, improve alignment, and provide financial transparency across the business.
  • Champion Process Automation and Compliance: Promote simplification and automation of the E2E ITC process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOX, and statutory requirements across all operations.
  • Coach, Standardize, and Build Operational Excellence: Support talent development, spread best practices, and lead initiatives that deliver continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational stability.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving performance through coaching, feedback, and engagement—must already be in a managerial position.
  • Strong technical background in financial closings, trade deduction processes, AR reconciliation, and credit note generation within a regional or global shared services model.
  • Business fluency in English (C1) is required.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple geographies, manage stakeholders at various organizational levels (Commercial Finance Directors, Sales Leaders, CFOs), and handle complex, multicultural team dynamics.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with a strategic mindset focused on compliance, risk management, and automation.
