Title: Temporary US Payroll Specialist
Join us as a Temporary US Payroll Specialist, based in Queretaro, where you will help keep payroll operations running smoothly while existing resources are focused on payroll systems and integration activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-accuracy environment and wants to make an immediate impact on essential payroll processes. You will support core payroll activities that directly affect employee experience and business continuity.
In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative payroll team supporting day-to-day processing, audits, and issue resolution. The work offers broad exposure to end-to-end payroll operations, from employee data updates to compliance-related tasks such as garnishments. It is a strong opportunity to contribute in a hands-on role where precision, follow-through, and process discipline matter every day.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Payroll Processing — Support weekly and biweekly payroll processing activities to help ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time.
- Payroll Reporting — Maintain payroll-related updates including address changes, transfers, and new hires, while helping keep payroll records accurate and current.
- Audit Execution — Perform recurring payroll audits to identify discrepancies, validate data, and support payroll accuracy.
- Garnishment Administration — Complete weekly garnishment entries and help maintain compliance with payroll-related requirements.
- Issue Resolution — Manage daily payroll tickets and workforce inquiries by researching issues, resolving discrepancies, and supporting a smooth employee experience.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or Related areas.
- Experience supporting weekly and/or biweekly payroll processing in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment for US companies.
- Experience maintaining payroll data updates such as new hires, transfers, and employee record changes
- Experience performing payroll audits and reviewing payroll data for accuracy
- Working knowledge of payroll garnishments and related compliance tasks
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel for payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliation
- Fluent level of English
